Welcome to Iyengar Yogashraya

A division of Light on Yoga Research Trust dedicated to teaching Yoga in the tradition of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar. We conduct several classes, at different times, throughout the week for the general public, children, young adults as well people with medical problems. These classes are conducted at our centres in Lower Parel and Fort as well as Online.
